Built with our proprietary fly-back chronograph movement designed in Pforzheim, Germany, the dial of our Waterbury Traditional Fly-Back Chronograph houses fan-shaped sub-dials at the 4 o'clock and 10 o'clock positions with retrograde hands. A single press of the fly back pusher instantly resets the chronograph to display the current time in the current lap without the need to stop and reset, and when the chronograph isn’t in use, the upper sub-dial doubles as a second time zone indicator. This watch boasts a robust 43mm stainless-steel case paired with a cruelty-free vegan leather strap. Other notable details include a date window positioned at 2:30, luminous hour and minute hands for enhanced visibility, 100m of water resistance, and the iconic stylized W of the Waterbury Watch Company logo displayed on the crown, sweep second hand, and beside the 7th hour marker.Specifications

Mineral crystals use a similar material to windowpane glass and were developed for watches as a harder alternative to acrylic. Mineral crystals are still susceptible to scratches but less so than acrylic, however it is not possible to buff out these scratches as it is with acrylic. Mineral glass is not as shatter resistant as acrylic but does offer greater transparency and clarity. Due to their improved scratch resistance versus acrylic, and improved shatter resistance versus sapphire, mineral is often considered to be the best of both worlds as a crystal material.

"I love this watch, even though I only gave it 4 stars. I like it when a watch does things in an unusual way, but not everyone can do that with a design that I like. Well, this one knows. It's a little thick, let's say, a little big, and what's even worse is that the minute hands of the chronograph are not exactly above the mark. I like that in TIMEX's more expensive quartz chronographs, the second hand of the stopwatch moves like an automatic :)"
